Please join us on Wednesday, October 21, for a WAPF chapter gathering! The topic will be sourdough bread! We will be discussing the health benefits of sourdough breads, and John Savanna, master baker from Mill Pond Bread in Chelsea, will be on hand to discuss how he makes his delicious breads and the secret to making successful sourdough breads at home. We will also discuss other uses of the sourdough starter, such as muffins and waffles.
This gathering will be held at the Ann Arbor Center for Natural Healing, 2433 Oak Valley Drive, Suite 100B from
6:30pm – 8pm7pm – 8:30pm.
Yummy snacks will be provided!
