We are pleased to announce an upcoming class on sourdough bread that will be taught for us at Mill Pond Bread (http://millpondbread.com) in Chelsea! Many of you have discovered John’s wonderful sourdough rye at the Ann Arbor farmer’s market, and now you can learn from an expert baker how to make your own sourdough bread at home. John’s sourdough starter is over a hundred years old, and each person in the class will take home some of his starter and all the information needed to start making sourdough bread.

Cost: $65 per person
A nourishing soup, and, of course, bread, will be provided for dinner.
