The Ann Arbor chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation will be offering a class called “Cooking with Coconut” on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Explore the many ways coconut foods support health. Coconut is the source of several food products such as coconut oil, coconut meat (flakes), coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut water. Coconut is a superior health food and is valued for its nutritional and curative properties. Offering lots of ways to use coconut in your daily diet, this workshop, taught by Michelle Clemens, is not to be missed!

Class fee: $25, and includes educational packet and food tastings.
