The Ann Arbor Chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation is pleased to announce a series of workshops for 2009, developed to assist families in preparing healthy meals based on the best selling cookbook “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon.
Our second workshop, Making the Transition, will assist the family cook in purging the kitchen of six ingredients that compromise health. Ideas will be presented for maximizing the productivity and efficiency of meal preparation through organizing the kitchen, menu planning and grocery shopping, and time-saving meal prep methods.
The workshop will be Sunday, May 17, 2009 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm in Ann Arbor (please arrive 15 minutes early to register and settle in…thank you).
Workshop offered by Rene Garrity. Rene has been transforming her health with the traditional food principles of WAPF for over 5 years and is a member of the Weston A Price Foundation and the Price-Pottenger Foundation; she was AAWAPF Chapter Leader 2006-2007.
